If you are registering as an employer, this text does not apply to you: Employer Membership Agreement and Service Terms .
1. Parties and Subject Matter
This agreement is concluded between [Trade name] ("Turanpass", "the Platform") and the natural person who becomes a member of the Platform as a candidate ("the Member"). Address: [Company address]. MERSİS: [MERSİS number]. Contact: [E-mail address].
The subject matter of the agreement is the terms of use of the profile/CV creation, job listing search, application submission and job alert services offered through the Platform. A Member who completes registration declares that they have read and accepted this text.
2. The Role of Turanpass
Turanpass is an intermediary platform; it is not an employer, is not a party to the employment relationship and gives no guarantee of employment. The employer publishing a listing is responsible for the accuracy of its content, and the candidate is responsible for the accuracy of their profile and CV information. The Platform subjects listings to a pre-review before publication; this review is intended to filter out breaches of the rules and does not constitute an undertaking as to the accuracy of listing content.
3. Membership and Account Security
- Membership requires being 18 years of age or older.
- The information provided must be accurate and up to date; operations such as applying cannot be carried out until the e-mail address is verified.
- The Member is responsible for keeping account credentials confidential. A Member who notices unauthorised use of their account must inform Turanpass immediately.
- A person may not open more than one candidate account in their own name.
4. Candidate Membership
- Candidate membership and job applications are free of charge. No fee is requested from a candidate at any stage; if a listing asks you for a fee, payment instrument details or a deposit, report it to Turanpass.
- There is no nationality restriction. Listings in Türkiye may be applied to from anywhere in the Turkic world. Work permit requirements are a matter for the employer publishing the listing and the relevant legislation.
- The candidate determines the visibility of their profile to employers; by default the profile does not appear in search results. Contact details are disclosed to an employer only when the candidate applies to a listing.
- Only information belonging to oneself may be uploaded; uploading another person's CV, identity or contact information is prohibited.
5. Prohibited Uses
- Collecting Platform content by automated means (crawlers, scrapers, bulk downloading), reverse engineering, or attempting to exceed access limits.
- Impersonating another person, creating fake profiles or fake applications.
- Uploading malicious software, testing/circumventing security measures, or sending requests at a volume that would disrupt the service.
- Publishing content that infringes the intellectual property rights or personal rights of third parties or applicable legislation.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
Rights in the content uploaded by the Member (profile, CV, cover letter) remain with the Member. The Member grants Turanpass a limited right of use so that this content may be displayed, stored and technically processed on the Platform for the purpose of providing the service. The Platform's own software, design, trademark and database belong to Turanpass.
7. Continuity of Service and Changes
Turanpass may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, security or development purposes; it may change, add or remove features.
8. Suspension and Termination
In the event of a breach of these terms, Turanpass may remove content, suspend the account or terminate the membership. The Member may end their membership at any time; requests for account closure and data deletion are created from the Privacy and my data page. Termination does not extinguish rights and obligations that have arisen up to that date.
9. Limitation of Liability
Given its position as an intermediary, Turanpass is not responsible for the establishment or non-establishment of the employment relationship, nor for the parties' obligations towards each other. Turanpass's liability is limited to direct damages arising from its own fault. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent and gross negligence, or to rights arising from consumer legislation.
10. Protection of Personal Data
The purposes for which and the legal grounds on which personal data is processed are explained in the Privacy Notice. Operations subject to explicit consent are separate from this agreement; they are not a condition of using the service and may be withdrawn at any time from the Privacy and my data page.
11. Changes
This text may be updated. In the event of material changes the Member is informed and, where necessary, consent is requested again; the text version to which your consent was given is recorded (the version of this page: aday-2026-08-19).
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Turkish law applies to this agreement. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of [Province] have jurisdiction over disputes. For Members who qualify as consumers, the jurisdiction of consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved.
