Employer Membership Agreement and Service Terms
Last updated: 19/08/2026 · Version: isveren-2026-08-19
If you are registering as a candidate, this text does not apply to you: Candidate Membership Agreement and Terms of Use.
1. Parties and Subject Matter
This agreement is concluded between [Trade name] ("Turanpass", "the Platform") and the natural or legal person opening an account on the Platform as an employer ("the Employer"). Address: [Company address]. MERSİS: [MERSİS number]. Contact: [E-mail address].
The subject matter of the agreement is the terms of use of the company page, job listing publication, application collection and evaluation (applicant tracking) and candidate pool search services offered through the Platform. The person opening an employer account declares that they have authority to bind the legal person they represent.
2. The Role of Turanpass
Turanpass is an intermediary platform; it is not a party to the recruitment process, undertakes no obligation to supply candidates or place them in employment, and gives no guarantee as to the number or quality of applications. The candidate is responsible for the accuracy of the information they declare; the Employer makes hiring decisions on its own assessment.
3. Employer Account, Company Registration and Verification
- After the account is opened, company details are entered and the company enters Turanpass review. The company page and listing publication are not enabled until this review concludes positively.
- Verification is a preliminary check as to the genuineness of the employer; it does not constitute an undertaking by Turanpass regarding the company's financial standing, commercial reputation or the accuracy of listing content.
- The Employer is responsible for keeping company details (trade name, address, tax/MERSİS information, authorised person) accurate and up to date. If the information changes, it is updated through the Platform.
- The Employer is responsible for the confidentiality of account and access credentials; Turanpass must be informed immediately upon detecting unauthorised access.
4. Team Members
The Employer may add its own team members to its company and define their permissions. All actions of team members on the Platform (publishing listings, viewing applications, revealing candidate contact details, sending invitations) are deemed to be carried out on behalf of the Employer, and the Employer is responsible for their consequences. It is the Employer's obligation to remove the access of departing team members in good time.
5. Listing Publication and Pre-Review
- Every new listing undergoes a pre-review before publication. The review is intended to filter out breaches of the rules; it is not an approval as to the accuracy of listing content.
- A listing found contrary to the rules is not published or is removed from publication; the reason is notified to the Employer in its panel. A corrected listing may be resubmitted.
- A listing must relate to a genuine and open position. Bundling numerous unrelated positions into a single listing, republishing the same position repeatedly to circumvent the quota, and keyword stuffing intended to mislead search results are prohibited.
- Compliance of the listing with the law (including work permits, professional qualifications, professional legislation and any authorisation/licence requirements) is the Employer's responsibility.
6. Package, Quota and Charging
- The number of listings that may be kept published is limited by the quota of the package defined for the company. The quota is deemed used at the moment the listing is approved.
- The scope, duration and price of the package are notified at the time of order/offer; unless otherwise stated, prices are exclusive of VAT. Payment terms are separately determined between the parties, and the package does not take effect until payment is confirmed.
- When the package period expires, published listings may be removed from publication. Unused quota does not carry over to the following period and is not refunded; no refund is made for a listing removed due to breach of the rules.
- Price changes do not affect the duration of the package in force; the tariff applicable at renewal applies.
7. Listing Content Rules and Prohibition of Discrimination
- The Employer complies with the prohibition of discrimination in its listings: it may not include conditions or expressions that discriminate on the basis of language, race, ethnic origin, colour, sex, age, marital status, pregnancy, religion or belief, political opinion, disability or trade union membership. Mandatory exceptions arising from the nature of the work must be expressly justified in the listing.
- No nationality restriction may be imposed. The Platform is open to candidates from anywhere in the Turkic world; a work permit requirement may be stated in the listing as information, but may not be used as an elimination criterion preventing application.
- No fee, payment instrument details or deposit may be requested from a candidate at any stage. Paid course/certificate sales, dealership–investment invitations, structures promising personal income and chain-earning models may not be published as listings.
- The trademark and intellectual property rights of third parties may not be infringed in the listing text; a listing may not be published in the name of another company.
8. Processing of Candidate Data — The Employer's Data Controllership
The Employer is its own data controller with respect to candidate data accessed through the Platform and is obliged to comply with Law No. 6698 and the relevant legislation. In this context:
- Candidate data is processed solely for the purpose of evaluating the position applied for; it may not be used for any other purpose, transferred to third parties, processed for marketing or advertising purposes, or accumulated to build a database for commercial purposes.
- A candidate's identity and contact details are revealed only when expressly viewed by the Employer; such accesses are recorded. The Employer may not take the revealed information outside the company.
- When the purpose ends, the data is destroyed in accordance with legislation; the Employer fulfils its own disclosure obligation and, where applicable, its VERBİS registration.
- A deletion request submitted by the candidate to Turanpass covers the records on the Platform; with respect to data transferred by the Employer to its own systems, the obligation rests with the Employer.
9. Candidate Pool and Invitation Rules
- Profiles in the candidate pool are presented masked; identity and contact details are not revealed through the pool. Any attempt to circumvent the mask is a breach of this agreement.
- Invitations sent through the pool constitute a job offer notification relating to a genuine listing in publication; they may not be used for marketing, surveys, promotion or announcing third-party services.
- The invitation text must be consistent with the listing itself and must not be used in a manner causing nuisance by being sent repeatedly to the same candidate.
10. Prohibited Uses
- Collecting Platform content by automated means (crawlers, scrapers, bulk downloading), reverse engineering, or attempting to exceed access limits.
- Creating fake companies or fake listings, or impersonating another person.
- Transferring, renting out the account, quota or candidate pool access to third parties, or using it for another company's listings.
- Uploading malicious software, testing/circumventing security measures, or sending requests at a volume that would disrupt the service.
11. Content and Intellectual Property
Rights in the content uploaded by the Employer (listing text, company description, logo, images) remain with the Employer. The Employer grants Turanpass a limited right of use so that this content may be displayed, stored and technically processed on the Platform and in the Platform's promotional channels for the purpose of providing the service, and declares that it is authorised to publish the content. The Platform's own software, design, trademark and database belong to Turanpass.
12. Continuity of Service and Changes
Turanpass may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, security or development purposes; it may change, add or remove features. Where the scope of a paid service is materially changed to the Employer's detriment, the Employer may exercise its rights in respect of the remaining period.
13. Suspension and Termination
In the event of a breach of these terms, Turanpass may remove the listing from publication, withdraw company verification, suspend the account or terminate the membership; in cases of serious breach (fake listings, use of candidate data for purposes other than intended, attempts to circumvent the mask) these measures may be applied without prior notice. The Employer may end its membership at any time; requests to close the account and company are created from the Privacy and my data page. Termination does not extinguish rights and obligations that have arisen up to that date.
14. Limitation of Liability
Given its position as an intermediary, Turanpass is not responsible for the recruitment process, the candidate's declarations, or whether the employment relationship is established. Turanpass's liability is limited to direct damages arising from its own fault and to the service fees paid by the Employer in the last twelve months; loss of profit and indirect damages are excluded. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent and gross negligence. The Employer shall hold Turanpass harmless from third-party claims directed at Turanpass due to use in breach of this agreement.
15. Protection of Personal Data
Which data Turanpass processes as data controller and on which legal grounds is explained in the Privacy Notice. The Employer's own data controllership with respect to candidate data is regulated in section 8. Operations subject to explicit consent are separate from this agreement; they are not a condition of using the service and may be withdrawn at any time from the Privacy and my data page.
16. Changes
This text may be updated. In the event of material changes the Employer is informed and, where necessary, consent is requested again; the text version to which your consent was given is recorded (the version of this page: isveren-2026-08-19).
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Turkish law applies to this agreement. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of [Province] have jurisdiction over disputes.
